Spring is in the air and already the crocuses and daffodils are in bloom. It has been a very mild winter here in Holland. That's good news for those of you who want to visit Holland's famous tulip fields this Easter, which is also really early this year. The tulips themselves won't be in full bloom until later in April, but there will be plenty of early spring flowering bulbs to enjoy.

The best way to enjoy the dazzling array of spring colours is by bike. This winter we have updated our Keukenhof Cycle Route, so make sure you download the latest version of our PDF file.

This year the Keukenhof flower garden is open daily from 24 March to 16 May. The Bloemencorso flower parade takes place from 20 to 24 April. For more information and the exact route of the parade, go to the Bloemencorso Bollenstreek website [Update: website no longer available].
