The "Dutch Camino" for cyclists is called the Pieterfietspad. It goes from Pieterburen in Groningen to the Pietersberg near Maastricht in Limburg and, wherever possible, it follows the Netherlands' most famous long-distance hiking route: the acclaimed Pieterpad.

This 580-kilometer trail takes you past all the highlights of the (East) Dutch landscape. From the Groninger Wierden, through the forests of Drenthe, the hills of Salland, the castles of the Achterhoek, the Maasheggen in North Limburg, to the Maasduinen, you will eventually arrive in the hilly region of South Limburg.
